Pottery Barn opened in 1949 as a single store in Lower Manhattan and was founded on the idea that home furnishings should be exceptional in comfort, style, and quality. So when we were assigned to concept a new housewares line, I was immediately drawn to Pottery Barn's dinnerware and Chestnut & Avila was born.

It is styled after 1940s FireKing Jadite glassware and has a great vintage feel.

The dinnerware comes in three textures and three colors to make unique vintage sets. This line proposal consists of plate design, package design, and suggested implementation into Pottery Barn’s website.
